		<description>By the way, I think they made a swirl of syrup in the snow, and if it hardened and could be picked up, it was ready. Might want to double check that, however, as that could also be the test for maple sugar instead! Anyone else remember?</description>

		<description>Wow! That is SO great! I have always wished we lived someplace where we could do the maple syrup thing! I did boil down so fresh coconut sap and made a bit of syrup from thet, which was interesting, but not as nice a maple syrup! I am so excited you are getting to do this!</description>
