Might want to double check that, however, as that could also be the test for maple sugar instead! Anyone else remember? That is SO great! I have always wished we lived someplace where we could do the maple syrup thing! I did boil down so fresh coconut sap and made a bit of syrup from thet, which was interesting, but not as nice a maple syrup! I am so excited you are getting to do this! Wow! That is SO great!
